The BE class as an exploratory was very interesting. I learned a lot of new information and they are helping me in my life.  For example the breathing exercise helps me to concentrate and to calm down. Before I had a little problem with my breathing being shallow but after those exercise I don't have this problem anymore. BE helped with my confidence. I am not afraid to talk in front of the group any more and I am not feeling stupid when I give a wrong answer. Mistakes are OK as long as we learn from them.  I learned about my body and my brain. I learned to feel my body, to concentrate on the filling and now I can take that skill and apply in my school and home life. I wish I still had BE class so I could learn more.

This year I had BE class as an exploratory and it was probably the best yet! In BE class I improved my concentration during tests and quizzes by doing the infinity sign or taping my feet together. I noticed that I have been doing better on tests and such, which is a good thing. I also became more flexible by doing all those BE exercises. The best part of BE class was relaxation time and learning the DMD sword routine. In all I enjoyed this experience and I'm lucky to have this class.

When I go to BE Class, I feel excited.  I love my workbook.  Miss Jennifer and Miss Peggy help me relax at the end of the class and I think about the positive parts of my day.

Brain Education class really helped me focus and concentrate more. Concentration is important for me. It helps me to concentrate on what their assignment I am doing instead of everything that's going on around. BE class also made me more flexible than before - I CAN TOUCH MY TOES NOW!!!  Hooray and thank you BE!
